⦁ Site Assessment: After the initial consultation meeting with project owners and stakeholders, our team will do a site visit for initial detailed audit and evaluation of the specific location or site where a proposed project is being considered. It includes impact assessment of the project, safety concerns, environmental conditions, and any other relevant considerations. ⦁ Informal consultation: We engage with relevant stakeholders and interested parties, they are informally consulted about the proposed projects. This may involve discussions, meetings, or seeking feedback through surveys or other means. The aim is to gather initial input and identify any potential issues or concerns early in the process. Prepare appropriate governance reports using Herefordshire Council's standard report templates. The reports should outline the process followed, summarise results from both statutory consultations (public and statutory consultees), address any objections raised, present Herefordshire Council's response, and provide recommendations for further action. The consultant shall ensure that relevant appendices with key evidence support these recommendations. ⦁ Formal or Statutory Consultation: This stage involves a formal consultation process as required by law. It includes notifying specific stakeholders and the public about the proposed project through official channels. Feedback and objections from stakeholders are typically invited and considered during this stage. ⦁ We are happy to liaise with residents and business so we have a one-one assessment, so we can present your project directly to them, and you would generate a decision report which will summarize the feedback received during consultation process, this will outline any modification made to the original proposal based on feedback, and provide recommendation to assist you to make a well informed decision on project
