We have had GIS map-based application such as Statmap, Earthlink, and few other in the Traffic Management but none of them can actually draft a temporary order, emergency order or a permanent order the way SMART TM APP does it.
This system is a product of skills and experience gathered directly from a consortium of experts who had been dedicated to drafting and processing traffic orders and notices for both Highways and Traffic Authorities in various part of the United kingdom.
With Smart TM APP, we have now transformed the traditional ways of manually drafting traffic orders and notices, checking for quality assurance, processing the draft orders in compliance with the Road traffic regulations Act 1984, Traffic Management Act 1980 and Highways Act 1980, into an automated machine known as Smart TM APP.
